HOT PAPA Posted August 22, 2008 Share Posted August 22, 2008 the food here has deteriorated quickly since the original staff left. people like f&b manager william yuen and head chinese chef mr.choi. quality of raw materials has suffered together with the execution. i dont know if pastry chef victor is still around. YOU HAVE A VERY KEEN & GOOD OBSERVATION, FOOD SERVED HAS REALLY DETERIORATED, THE FRESH OYSTERS SMELL, THE DIMSUM SERVED ARE VERY MUCH OF LEFTOVERS, ETC, KUDOS TO YOU ATONG ANG, THEY HAVE JUST LOST 2 LOYAL CUSTOMERS....... A wide selection of food from Japanese, Continental, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai, and Filipino dishes. Plus a great dessert buffet.
