xircom
Had lunch at HEAT Edsa Shangrila last week. Buffet costs P950++, as with the other hotels, they have their version of food stations (noodles, risotto, japanese, pan-grilled, appetizers, desserts, etc.). Had a great time! Since I'm a carnivore...I had several refill of their lamb chop, roast beef and pan grilled tenderloin. For dessert, they also have ice cream teppanyaki, chocolate fountain and a crepe station. Just like paseo uno, seven corners and circles. Heat is worth the price. Cheers.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> We tried naman breakfast at HEAT sarap din with its mix of chinese, japanese, continental, european and filipino tastes. I must say it's worth it and worth a second round Quote Link to comment

in_style
the hotel buffet craze! 1. paseo uno, mandarin oriental (P1,000 ++) 2. the market cafe, hyatt hotel (P 1,200 ++) 3. nielsen's, mla peninsula (P 900 ++) 4. circles, makati shangrila (P 1,200 ++) 5. spiral, hotel phil plaza (P 1,200 ++) all of them serve good food and everything fresh.the technique being, dont heap your plate with foodas you can always go back. do your rounds on the line-upfirst before getting and plan which ones to get. this wayyou can pace yourself and savor as much as u can. bon appetit!
