sony vaio cr220e, white.

bought on Nov.'07, pero okay pa rin... been using Windows 7 for more than a month now, no complaints, stability and performace is better than when i was on xp. never tried vista.

14.1" widescreen

core 2 duo 2.0ghz

3 gb ram

200gb hard drive (5400rpm)

intel graphics media accelerator (lang)

DVD writer

wifi 802.11a/b/g/n

webcam

sd card reader

memory stick duo card reader

3 usb 2.0 slots

ang bitin lang dito walang bluetooth kasi di pa uso built-in bluetooth when i bougth the laptop. i don't need a high-end graphics card naman as i'm not a gamer, although sinubukan ko na yung nba live '08 dito and i was satisfied with the performance, no lags pag hindi naka-max yung graphics settings.

saan nyo po nabili yang laptop nyo ? I like the nVidia GeForce 9100 G with 256 dedicated video memory

try nyo po yung Street Fighter IV dyan, ganda ng graphics and gameplay nun

I am currently using an Acer Aspire 5538wmxi 2gig DDR2 memory with GeForce Go 7300 256 dedicated memory, 'Street Fighter IV' runs superb on it

Got a new multimedia notebook last sat-- I needed one with a good video card since I'm not getting a desktop anymore and my old T60 simply won't work with newer games (it's still very capable for work though, even with Vista) :

Lenovo IdeaPad Y450

Intel® Core™2 Duo processor T8600 (2.40GHz, 1066 MHz FSB, 3MB L2 Cache)

4GB DDR3 RAM

500GB SATA HDD

nVidia® GeForce® GT 130M 521MB

14.0" WXGA LED

Windows Vista® Home Premium SP1 with Free upgrade to Windows 7

Dolby sound with JBL speakers

Extremely happy with the specs and build! A few downsides-- the right palm rest gets pretty warm, the Intel Wifi 5100 agn is giving me headaches when I try to get it to work on my old dlink d/g wireless router (lots of people are getting the same issues, so I guess that's ok), and it's white! with it had the color options available to the Y550.

2 thumbs up!

if it's for gaming then a 3d graphics card is necessary. i'm assuming 3d games ang pinag-uusapan natin.

bro vaio ba maganda?

maganda ang vaio pero may kamahalan. i've had my vaio for almost 2 years already (specs in one of my earlier posts) and i'm very happy with it, wala pang nasisira kahit madalas gamitin, ganda pa ng porma (2nd only to macs imo). i'm not a gamer. i use it mostly for playing media, internet, office applications, email, image editing, and some software development work.
