Best pizza I ever had was from a little hole in the wall on a side street in Rome. Very thin crust, olive oil, a very thin spread of home-made tomato sauce, and prosciutto. Mmmmmmmm.........

I like (very) think crusts baked crispy with just a light smattering of tomato sauce, GOOD cheese (some fresh mozzarella, some good Parmigianno Reggiano), a light meat (prosciutto or pancetta) and lots of fresh and roasted garlic.
