I like their coffee and based on my experience they have better customer service compared to other cafes

Coffee is okay. Service and ambiance is very good.

Starbucks gets mixed reviews, their coffee isn't always considered top-tier, especially by coffee enthusiasts who prefer third-wave or specialty coffee shops, but what Starbucks has to offer if the consistent, cozy ambiance, and convenient locations makes it a popular place to hang out or get work done.

I personally do not like the coffee in Starbucks, but their couches are indeed comfortable. If I would have to order coffee from Starbucks, I would usually get a cold brew, with 2 Splenda, and a bit of half and half milk.

I am not a sandwich nor food expert, but i think their sandwiches are decent.

Personally, i use SB as a temporary office space or work station. The only reason I ever visit is to get some work done, have meetings and basically have a place to stay while waiting for something or someone. Apologies to all SB enthusiasts
