When Ur Life Is Crashing, What Wud U Do?

When life had come crashing down into oblivion (which is pretty much what is happening to moi right now), I found myself doing this (in order from start to finish):

  1. sit down and take a breather
  2. contemplate/reflect
  3. vent
  4. lay down and get some sleep
  5. wake up, eat, and listen to music
  6. stare into space
  7. grab a pen and paper/open a blank word document and write
  8. talk to myself as a form of processing my thoughts
  9. sit down and take a breather again
  10. pray/meditate
  11. strategize on what I should start doing
  12. Act
  13. Wait for results
  14. Then back to step 1
