from the posts of different members.. i come up to the conclusion that.. An awareness of our own mortality seems to suggest that people will always have a need to invent a religion or god. People have huge problems in dealing with death and understanding their own existence. Most people don't want to accept that their life is as good as it's going to get, or at least as good as the things they can take to quench their desire. They certainly don’t want to know that they only get one chance at life.

i realized that not all men you just can't have! by your wit and charm,some men are just like you,well adjusted,independent and smart ass all the same..but they want somebody else in mind..i got a tremendous crush with someone who's alot like me..hanap ka na lang ng iba,,he's way out of your league..Uchi!

KNow what? natutunan ko lately lang ha!!!! lately lang talaga na "Burnik pala ang pinaka mahabang hair sa katawan ng tao!!!!!! I really did'nt know that until now,... well BURNIK is the hair between the ass and the human organ, and believe me mahaba talaga yun, it is connected to our eyelashes, believe me!!! totoo yun!!! People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

 

When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.

 

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are.

 

They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

 

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real.

 

But only for a season.

 

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

there are many ways to define a "connection", many words can describe it.

but to know and learn it, you have to feel it.

not all good things that come my way are the right things for me.

 

for this, i will always have to face an awful day when i need to tell myself to just let go.

 

and i will have to live one awful day at a time until finally, my entire being has accepted this realization.

 

and i need to learn not to hope or to wish that things may just go my way. i have learned early in life not to wish for something i do not have. because if it is meant to be mine, i need not even ask -- nor pray -- specifically for it -- even.

this morning i found out that my OM has done a mercurial booboo in his department last quarter.

 

and all i can do is to pick up the pieces and throw them back to him.

Bertrand Russell criticized our civilization (in particular the US where he lived) by saying we're spending our whole lives working trying to accumulate wealth until we die. He suggested that if we reorganized society, we would only have to work a few hours a day. What I have realized lately is that I am on my way towards becoming just like that.
