You can! Start first with the computer flight simulator (di Ace Combat ha?). Except for the absence of external physical forces like drag, gravity, lift and thrust, it's as real as it gets in so far as manipulating the airplane and navigating are concerned. Flying airplanes is actually a lot more easier than learning how to drive a car.
