yellowcab
i prefer toyota, cheaper and more reliable. that's why honda doesn't want their units to be made as taxis. toyota is just tougher, kahit wasak na kaha bumabyahe pa rin! just my opinion sirs... hehe... Quote Link to comment

Brownman
Honda/Acura...Toyota has tons of recall at the moment. Toyota heir just inherited a lot of headaches and needs to look at the company's choice of direction. Quote Link to comment

lkl
driving an accord for a few years now. gas mileage is great, comfort so-so, grippier handling than d camry, not much exterior noise gets in, aircon good, sound system decent pero BAD brakes. i got it brand new and iv had problems with my front brakes since my 20k tune up. nasa 50+k n k ngyn still not fixed. honda service either couldnt fix it or won't admit a defect so i cant claim for a replacement. d steering wheel starts to wobble even at half braking once d brakes heat up. it got so bad dat i dnt take it on long trips anymore. honda service advisors hav given me every possible excuse from "sir ABS lng yan" to "sir baka may problema driving style nyo" FYI, i drove a corolla in HS, an sir in college, an X5 on and off for d past year. NONE of them reacts to braking like the accord does. will definitly NOT be a repeat customer. my buddy drives a camry, solid so far. feels a bit floaty but id take that over bad brakes anytime. I agree with the other 2 gentlemen, have the rotors and brakepads checked, and from my experience, quite same as yours, drain and change the brake fluid, no need for honda fluid, reg prestone and other popular brands will suffice. of course, pa bleed mo rin. You will notice the difference immediately. Quote Link to comment

hotboomtown
Both Toyota's and Honda's are quite reliable on performance and both have a easy aftermarket parts available anywhere. But there are still some factors that distinguish one from the other. Like if you are more into tweaking the performance of your car there are some that you can do to the other which you cannot do to the other one. Quote Link to comment
yhance
depending on the need....but i do prefer both because of their reliability and abundance of spare parts OEM or Aftermarket Quote Link to comment
