Known issue, parts, maintenance, etc. sa list mo I'd go Xpander. try exploring Hyundai Stargazer and Toyota Veloz especially the Stargazer kung need na maayos na storage space. May auto-hold function ung Stargazer so di ka mamroblema sa uphill/downhill. Marami ring content sa YT comparing these cars. yung bagong XL7 hybrid is light hybrid only, as far as I know, hindi kasama sa list of vehicles exempted sa coding. I also don't think mararamdaman mo talaga ung fuel efficiency nya unless driving a parallel or series hybrid.
