LT Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 1st degree - quick fix for stress - yosi break2nd degree : pag di kaya ng yosi lang - beer or coffee with friends3rd degree : mag half day the next day. dahil sa sobrang kalasingan at sakit ng ulo. hehehe!4th degree : pag sobrang stressed out - nagbobook ng flight for vacation. alarm level na ito.
