Magninilay-nilay kung anong pinanggagalingan ng stress ko.Kung trabahong nakaka-burnout : Vacation Leave ng matagal. Tapos assess kung masaya pa ako dun o time to move on. Kung sa partner : ganun din - bigay oras sa sarili ... nakakaumay din na laging kayo lang. Magsasawa kayo sa isat-sa at baka yun pa ikahiwalay niyo. Remember that the best way to get rid of stress is to identify what causes it muna and try to fix it there kaysa lagi kang bad trip sa trabaho/partner mo tapos mag-lalabas ka ng stress saglit kuno tapos babalik-balikan mo lang rin yung stress source so uulit-at-uulit lang rin yung cycle. Tapos gagawin ko mga maisipan ko na nakakaaliw at nakakabuti para sa akin physically/mentally/both. Lately paghahalaman at movie marathons ako. Quote Link to comment

Recently, I went back to running/walking in the evening. Helps me to clear my mind & get away from it all, even for just an hour. If weather or schedule gets in the way, I turn to music. Either I play an instrument or listen to Spotify. Essentially, I try to be productive or creative. I do admit though that sometimes, I just decide to stay in bed & let myself feel numb.
