Yung quiet place na pwede kang magpahinga at malayo sa mga bagay o sitwasyon na nakakapagpa-stress sa yo. The best din ang mag-exercise. Ty mo mag-gym o work out para masanay ang katawan mo at malabanan ang stress. Watching movie, listening to your favorite music o having some massage will help your body to cope up with stress. Anyway marami tayong massage parlor at magagaling na massage thera dito sa site. Nasasayo rin yan kung pano mo ma-manage ang stress para din ka hirap. Another thing, remember the saying "Laughter is the best medicine." Try mo minsan tumawa o maging masaya baka ito din ang dahilan kung bakit ka stress out dahil walang outlet ang mga muscles mo.
