digitallurker Posted December 3, 2010 Share Posted December 3, 2010 When I'm stressed out, I first try to calm down and relax my body and mind by simply dropping whatever it is that I am doing or preoccupied with. I remove myself physically from the stressful situation. Then I try to meditate by concentrating on my breath and going within. After a few minutes of this, I do any of the activities that I find relaxing - sleep, read a book, talk a walk, listen to music, etc. Quote Link to comment
