Stressed Out

When I'm stressed out, I first try to calm down and relax my body and mind by simply dropping whatever it is that I am doing or preoccupied with. I remove myself physically from the stressful situation. Then I try to meditate by concentrating on my breath and going within. After a few minutes of this, I do any of the activities that I find relaxing - sleep, read a book, talk a walk, listen to music, etc. :)

Can't remember what it's like to be stressed out, my life is super laid back, relaxed right now.

 

 

Para hindi off-topic: I remember sometimes I would go to a bowling alley and just watch people bowl. Weird, I know, but that's just stuff I do.
