Stressed Out

My mind thinks I'm not stressed. But my body is telling me that I am. Recently, I'm having sickness that are related to stress( the doctor said). If only I knew I'm stressed I would have done something about it.

 

Now what I'm gonna do is to manage my time efficiently, eat nutritious food(physical and spiritual), and exercise. These I think are the best stress relievers.

spa, sleep then date!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

when i'm in stress, i want to date and have a good conversation over a cup of coffee..

that really relaxes me especially if my date is a new one.. i find it exciting to know more about him.

weird but that really soothes me..

 

IM IN STRESS.. SINO KAYA PWEDE NEXT DATE KO DITO? lol :P
