Recently, I'm having sickness that are related to stress( the doctor said). If only I knew I'm stressed I would have done something about it. Now what I'm gonna do is to manage my time efficiently, eat nutritious food(physical and spiritual), and exercise. These I think are the best stress relievers. Quote Link to comment
