dyosah Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 whenever i'm stressed out, i usually go to the gym and work out.Running also helps me loose my stress baggage... being burn out is another thing, when stress gets out of control and thefeeling of burning out is creeping into me, i take a vacation ofat least 3 days and go to the beach... very effective for me. :cool: after my beach escapade, it always feels like i'm renewed and refesh.
