Exercise outside where greenery is expected , not that you can find it anywhere in metro manila, go to UP diliman campus. Not overburden yourself, provide a barrier between work, life, family, friends. As you age, you tend to want your circle be as supportive, small, and appreciative of you. Do not be everyone's friend.
