For the benefit of all GM's who were affected by the new permission requirements of MTC (OLD and NEW accounts) No official announcement on this but this is what I've gathered 

To be able to view only the SPA thread - need to reach 101 posts (Member II category) 

To be able to post/comment on SPA thread - need to reach 201 posts (Member III category) 

All of you below 100 posts fall under the Member category only

Hope this clears any inquiry about why you don't have permission to view the SPA threads.
