Haven’t been to Prims, but if you ask me, I would say better go to GL if it is your first time. May SR sa GL, makikita st makikilatis mo muna bago mo kunin ang thera kung pasok ba sa panlasa mo

Actually, kung facilities super solid sa GL. In terms of selection ymmv talaga kasi, kung kavibe mo, preference mo, it's great. Been going there since November of last year.

Only problem is when it's not great, it can range from hygiene issues, to expectation vs reality, further than that di ko na sasabihin kasi makakasira ng pamumuhay and possible ban.

So do your research, conduct your own experiments, find what works best for you.

Tama kaya kung may maging regular na therapist sa GL doon nalang huwag na sumubok ng iba lalo na kung nasanay sa service ng regular mo tapos yung bagong therapist na susubukin mo malayo yung service niya sa regular mo olats ka talaga nun.

same reason why I don't do FR (or at least not yet). kahit sobrang satisfied ako sa service, hindi mo masasabi na laging ganon. madami factors kaya experience varies from time to time. unfair din minsan kasi dun para sa thera. Di naman na lagi smooth sailing ang bawat pag visit sa SPAs and/or MPs, lalo na if naghahanap ka ng gagawin mo regular.
