yes medyo matagal magreply ung recep nila sa viber, one incident happened some time ago, nagchat ako around 10 pm sa viber nila for current lineup sa rosario branch, nagreply sila 12 am na, saktong nasa parking na ko at paakyat na sa spa. tapos nag walk in lang ako then tried to reques a thera, pwede naman daw kahit walang reservation sabi ng receptionist, so proceeded to the room, then i heard na may nagagalit na thera sa labas dahil dapat daw rotation and hindi pwedeng mamili, biglang pumasok ung receptionist at sinabi din ung ganun sabi ko, ok sige di na lang ako magpapa service. lumabas na ko ng room diretso kotse then nagchat ako sa viber nila regarding what happened, sinabi na lang ni maricel na may service daw ung kinukuha ko na thera, kung alam ko naman na may service di ko naman sya kukunin eh, at pwede daw mamili kahit walk in. di pa ko ulit nakakabalik sa spa na to, lalo na may marikina branch na sila, and still matagal pa rin silang magreply, mapatext, viber at mtc
