It depends on your workout goals and routine.

Protein repairs and sustains muscle. Creatine allows you to exert more energy during workouts and helps with muscle recovery. Both can be found in food, so if you eat a well balanced diet, you'll be fine with little to no supplementation.

If you're not doing heavy workouts and you're not chasing gains or athletic performance, you can skip creatine with little concern. But creatine helps even moderate workouts if you workout regularly.

So, yes, mas okay s'ya. Pero if you do light workouts or may budget concerns, you can skip creatine.

I've been using Orgain organic vegan protein powder. Easier on my digestive system than whey protein.
