I wish I can interact with the folks in that chapter but I can't because I never lived in that beautiful city. I was there only once and spent only a few days but while I was there, I found the people to be very helpful, hospitable and most importantly, honest. Quite amazing at this day and age. I hope people stay that way in that lovely place. But with the way the world is, that's not possible of course.

as i type this, i'm out in the front yard with curlicues of marlboro smoke coming out of my nostrils. it's almost 2 am and not even the sweet taste of orange juice on the rocks is helping me relax.
