" when angry, agitated or stressed, some people get into fights, others shout their lungs out, others kick anything in their way

and some just sink to depression in a dark corner.

me, i wash my hands. with cold water, preferably. its like im washing away with soap and cold water whats stressing me.

im not sure it works but its therapeutic in way...
