Even in Scriptures, the early Christians braced for the second coming and anticipated the end of the world.  Maybe we all experience the end of the world when we die.  When we recover consciousness in the afterlife,  we either see Jesus welcome us,  Or like the rich man who ignored Lazarus the temple beggar, now beg Jesus to ask Lazarus, or his equivalent in our generation, ho help us ease the pain of punishment.

World war 3 will probably be a silent one not the same from previous wars. I think it won’t be about who has the best weapon/s, it would be about who has the best technology/research facility that can cure disease or support its economy while going through a crisis and whose information is secured tightly.
