The reason we have this problem is because most of us can't separate sex from love.  

If it is acceptable for sex to become a separate commodity, there will be no more mistress - only fuck buddy and suking mpa.   

- and less fatalities during the pandemic - because sex strengthens the immune system.

By default you should go with the legal wife. I mean why else would you make the commitments and promises of marriage? However if things have gotten so bad that you have a mistress, but also are considering leaving your wife for her, it's best to figure out and resolve the marriage. Whether that's counseling, opening the relationship, separation, breaking up/ending the marriage etc. 

Trying to balance 2 relationships, especially when one or both are expecting commitment and monogamy will almost never end well.
