Replying based on the fact that I am fully aware of the sexual history of my partner.

If the question refers to the time before I have chosen her as my partner, of course it will always be important. Hindi naman basta ganon kadali tanggapin n ang gagawin mong partner eh may high body count. Siyempre I am referring to a partner in the sense na asawa o life-long partner at hind sexual partner lang.

On the other hand, if the question actually refers to that point in time na partner ko na sya, that sexual history is immaterial as it should be. I will be a hypocrite kng ginawa ko siyang partner fully aware of her past then gagamitin ko yun laban sa kanya.
