MODERATOR BizMan Posted July 26, 2015 Author MODERATOR Share Posted July 26, 2015 I was wondering why I could not find a beauty shot from the front angle of the 2016 Fortuner. Maybe because the front is not its good side? It reminds me of an animal with tusks and fangs. Maybe the designers wanted an animalistic image? Mean and wild? I wonder how are they gonna do the Sport Edition? They usually convert the chrome parts to black. Quote Link to comment
MODERATOR BizMan Posted July 26, 2015 Author MODERATOR Share Posted July 26, 2015 The instrumentation designer doesn't seem to understand how drivers want their speedometer. Why on Earth put lighted lines behind the numbers? It's distracting. Drivers want the info by looking at the gauge in a micro second. What's the purpose of the blue vertical lines? Leather accents in new places! Just for the sake of being leathery :-) Keep in mind this is the right hand version in Thailand. That leather divider is to the right in the Philippine model. Why the designers doesn't want easy access to the mid console and instruments I do not know. Now when you're driving you have to mind the divider before switching the radio. Haha. MODERATOR BizMan Posted July 26, 2015 Author MODERATOR Share Posted July 26, 2015 The wheel well looks spacious! The wheels are begging to be replaced with bigger wheels. Good news for the after-market crowd. I hope Lenso designs new ones :-) Quote Link to comment
MODERATOR BizMan Posted July 26, 2015 Author MODERATOR Share Posted July 26, 2015 Now this is cool. I like it! Just like a Lexus! The chrome trims where the glass meets the metal body is just oozing with sex appeal. I like it a lot! And the way the windows tapers to the back is just a refreshing sight to see. I just do not like how the new Isuzu MUX and Chevy Trailblazer rear windows are cut. Isuzu MUX See how the windows seem to look like separate blobs of glass? The shapes are not streamlined. But with the Fortuner windows the design just flows. The window design of the previous Fortuners always did outshine the design of the Monteros. Quote Link to comment

ej_qn
1.6 mil for base model and 2.1 mil for top variant. Pretty ridiculous pricing for an economy suv. Quote Link to comment
