Nakakapang hinayang lang no? We are blinded by political faith - a cult-like leadership. May makita lang akong couple na mukhang masaya, a wedding video, a parent playing with their child, and suddenly, I’m in tears. (as in hagulgol si tanga) I’m not even sad. I genuinely love myself. But maybe there’s a quiet part of me that’s finally being heard. I’m not sure if it’s sorrow… or longing for something I’ve never had.
