sickness
Grindhouse: trailer:http://movies.yahoo.com/feature/grindhouse.html synopsis:"Grind House" - noun - A downtown movie theater - in disrepair since its glory days as a movie palace of the '30s and '40s - known for "grinding out" non-stop double-bill programs of B-movies. From groundbreaking directors Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez comes the ultimate film experience: a double-bill of thrillers that will recall both filmmakers' favorite exploitation films. "Grind House" will be presented as one full-length feature comprised of two individual films helmed separately by each director. Tarantino's film, Death Proof, is a rip-roaring slasher flick where the killer pursues his victims with a car rather than a knife, while Rodriguez's film explores an alien world eerily familiar to ours in Planet Terror. Welcome to the grind house - it'll tear you in two. Quote Link to comment

In Halloween 4 & 5 Harris played Jamie Lloyd, Michael Myers' niece. No word yet on who she would be playing in Zombie's vision, but is it possible she might be filling Jamie Lee Curtis' shoes? More details as they come in. Quote Link to comment
sickness
Hannibal Rising: The story begins in Eastern Europe at the desperate end of World War II. For many it was no longer a conflict of nations but one of individual survival – at any cost. A young Hannibal watches from only steps away as his parents’ violently die, leaving his cherished young sister in his care. This horrific moment will soon pale in comparison to the atrocities he is forced to witness and perhaps survive as a result of. Alone and without any means of support, he is forced to live in a Soviet Orphanage that once served as his family’s beloved home. He flees to Paris to find his uncle has died but his beautiful and mysterious Japanese widow, Lady Murasaki (Gong Li) welcomes him. Even her kindness and love cannot soothe the nightmares and sorrows that plague him. Showing a cunning aptitude for science he is accepted into medical school, which serves to hone his skills and provide the tools to exact justice on the war criminals that haunt him day and night. This quest will ignite an insatiable lust within a serial killer who was not born, but made. Edited December 25, 2006 by sickness Quote Link to comment
Nekromantik
MICHAEL MYERS CAST IN ROB ZOMBIE'S "HALLOWEEN"! Rob Zombie announced today on his official Halloween MySpace page that Michael Myers will be played by none other than Tyler Mane in Dimension Films' Halloween remake! I'm sure you all remember Tyler as Rufus from The Devil's Rejects, Sabretooth in the X-Men and the unstoppable Ajax in Troy. He joins Malcolm McDowell (Dr. Loomis), Sheri Moon, Daeg Faerch (young Michael Myers) and Heather Bowen in the quasi-remake, which hits theaters everywhere August 31st. Danielle Harris is still yet to be confirmed. After being committed for 17 years, Michael Myers, now a grown man and still very dangerous, is mistakenly released from the mental institution (where he was committed as a 10 year old) and he immediately returns to Haddonfield, where he wants to find his baby sister, Laurie. Anyone who crosses his path is in mortal danger. Quote Link to comment

They find a canister of Trioxyn-5 and try to figure out what it is. Knowing that it probably had something to do with Uncle Charles' experiments, Julian and his new friend Jenny have the brains to be cautious where as the other kids see it as a new party drug and an opportunity to make some quick cash. As the drug becomes more and more popular and Halloween approaches, kids are partying and overdosing on "Z". This turns hundreds of innocent costumed college students into brain thirsty zombies. It all culminates at a huge rave put on by Jenny's brother Jeremy. Zombies mistaken for costumes and two Interpol agents that are more harm than help all add to the hilarity and horror that ensues. Nekromantik
First Official Still, Synopsis From "One Missed Call" Remake! http://img244.imageshack.us/img244/281/onemissedcall122706wy2.jpg Today Warner Bros. Pictures has provided us with the first official still from One Missed Call, a remake of the Japanese horror film directed by the legendary Takashi Miike. Inside you'll find the first pic and official synopsis from Eric Valette's film, which stars Ed Burns, Shannyn Sossamon, Ana Claudia Talancon, Ray Wise, Azura Skye, Johnny Lewis, Jason Beghe and Margaret Cho. Don't answer your phone on August 24th. What will it sound like when you die? In “One Missed Call,” a chain of people receive terrifying cell phone messages of their own final fatal moments. Though the messages can be deleted, their number is up. Beth Raymond (Shannyn Sossamon) is traumatized when she witnesses the gruesome deaths of two friends just days apart. Even more disturbing, she knows that both of them had received chilling cell phone messages—actual recordings of their own horrifying last moments. Impossibly, the calls were received days before they died, but each death occurred precisely when and how the messages foretold. The police think Beth is delusional—except for Detective Jack Andrews (Edward Burns) whose own sister was killed in a freak accident that bears a strange similarity to the deaths of Beth’s friends. Together, Jack and Beth work feverishly to unravel the mystery behind the ominous calls. But even as they get closer to the truth, Beth’s cell phone begins to ring with an eerie tune, and the readout says One Missed Call… Quote Link to comment
