I hope magawan ng paraan. Sobrang nasira din kasi ang vaping scene sa atin gawa ng mga underage "cool" individuals na bumibili ng pod/stick vape products dahil sa hype.

10 yrs ago.. nakaka kalahating kaha ako sa isang araw.. i was working as an ofw.. tapos recently lang nagofw uli ako.. isang kaha na isang araw. Ngayon nasa pinas na ako.. bago ako umuwi pinas natry ko ang nicorette gum. Effective naman. Kahit once a day lang. Tuwing morning. Pero sa hapon gang gabi.. nakaka 3 sticks pa rin ako.
