I believe these so called "Aliens" are also humans but is way ahead of us (like 100,000+ years ahead). Our civilization will look like stone age compared to theirs. but still, even in their super advanced technology, it is still impossible for them to find another living planet like ours, because the universe is just so huge and keeps on expanding.
