Boston Celtics

Will they become champions again?

This waits to be seen but they're definitely up for the challenge. The Celtics had a tougher road to the Finals compared to the Dubs. They had to beat  KD and Kyrie's Nets, the defending champions Milwaukee Bucks led by 2-time MVP and the Eastern Conference first-seed Miami Heat led by playoff Jimmy "Buckets" Butler. It was a virtual revenge tour as they managed to beat all three team who coincidentally eliminated them the past 3 seasons: 2021 (Nets), 2020 (Heat) and 2019 (Bucks).

The Warriors' advantage is that they have a bevy of offensive weapons on their arsenal. They have Steph, Klay, Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins. But the Celtics have played well against the Warriors all through these years, they have a winning record against the Dubs during Steve Kerr's coaching era. So we'll see if the Dubs' superior offense can be stifled by the Celtics' top defense.

I say Celtics in 7.

In 2019 Kyrie Irving left the Boston Celtics for the Brooklyn Nets, and Kevin Durant left the Golden State Warriors for the Nets. Three years later the Celtics and the Warriors are in the NBA Finals, while KD and Irving got swept in the first round.
