tm72
Globe mobile internet connection is deplorable and LTE is worse. But Smart is not significantly better so why put up with hassle of jumping sunscription. I just don't patronize Globe services and ive downgraded my plan subscription. Quote Link to comment
oscartamaguchiblackface
Globe service is still terrible. More often than not, calls are choppy, dropped calls are the norm, and customer services people sound like robots reading out of a script. Quote Link to comment
brutus
I've been a globe prepaid user for almost 20 years but since I started on my postpaid plan I was disappointed on their services, mainly because of the bill discrepancies. It's alright if it happens once or twice but monthly of bill discrepancies are hassle because I have to complain every month for them to fix it. I hope they fix this problem.1999 lang nag start ang prepaid ng GLOBE Edited May 3, 2015 by brutus Quote Link to comment
tonychua
I am also on Globe postpaid and yeah, hindi nga maganda ang service. Pero wala din naman choice, lahat ng telco dito sa pinas palpak. Quote Link to comment

Bugatti Veyron
I am also on Globe postpaid and yeah, hindi nga maganda ang service. Pero wala din naman choice, lahat ng telco dito sa pinas palpak.I think the service of Smart is slightly better than that of Globe. Globe is notorious for choppy calls, dropped calls, and text spam. KeepCalm
Globe has decent wired service, but with a bandwidth cap that resets daily for data only plans. If you keep that in mind they are a solid internet service provider. They have bad wireless, but you can say the same for all other wireless providers in the country. Basically, pick your poison as far as wireless is concerned. Pre-paid wireless is always bad, postpaid is somewhat better. As for simple calling... I like Globe, they're reliable in Metro Manila. But outside it I think Smart has better coverage. I live in the metro so I use globe. Quote Link to comment
Stephen A.
i think mas ok ang smart sa wireless connections... although sa landline+broadband, we use globe... Quote Link to comment
boredguy90
I have to say nakakairita ung fair use policy ng globe. Its not really unlimited internet once na nagkaroon ng limit ang data. From 4g to 3g sobrang laking difference. Sa 3g ni fb hindi mo na mabuksan. After my contract ends i'll probably switch to smart Quote Link to comment
glsia
Depende sa area and signal yan. pero sa internet tsaka calls ok talga smart. dami ng gngawa ang globe na di na ok. sobrang limit nila sa internet. Quote Link to comment

partimer
Our DSL is through Globe, and it is terrible! The modem they gave us is the worst piece of junk I've ever seen. I've had my download speeds drop as low as 20KBS and Globe says that is still fine. Quote Link to comment
