What are the things that trigger you from reaching it?

How do you cope and express it when it all comes down to that?!

When a promise is not fulfilled...or even a simple favor from someone and it's not being taken care of…that's when I get mad.

I usually confront the person right away…and always regret my actions later.

I'm quick to anger but easily forgives.

When I'm in the office and I got mad, I would excuse myself and go out for some fieldwork. In most cases, the South of the Metro gives me the comfort and makes me feel like I'm really far from whatever triggered it.

In the office or anywhere - I ignore the person who pisses me off as if he/she doesn't exist. Then, when they get affected by the cold shoulder and starts to do something quite stupid to goad me, I just smile and think that I live in their heads rent free.
