They have to be taught the essence of learning, hindi yung para lang sa grades or recognition. If sila mismo ang maka intindi dun, sila na rin mismo ang magpupursige mag aral, hindi yung napipilitan lng sila.

And let them pursue their own interests. They are their own persons. Masyado kse controlling ang mga parents minsan...

Agree dito, lagi nasusukatan yung mataas na grado. Hanggang ngayon kadalasan pa din ng siste yung magkabisado, pero  hindi na minsan naituturo yung konsepto.

Several factors can motivate students to study harder, including:

1. Clear Goals and Relevance: Understanding how their studies relate to their future goals and real-world applications can increase motivation.

2. Engaging Teaching Methods: Interactive and varied teaching styles that cater to different learning preferences can make learning more interesting.

3. Positive Learning Environment: A supportive and encouraging atmosphere, both at school and at home, helps students feel motivated and valued.

4. Effective Time Management: Teaching students how to manage their time effectively can reduce stress and improve study habits.

5. Feedback and Encouragement: Constructive feedback and positive reinforcement can boost students' confidence and willingness to work hard.

6. Personal Interest: Allowing students to explore topics they are passionate about can increase their intrinsic motivation to learn.

7. Peer Influence: Collaborative learning and positive peer pressure can encourage students to put in more effort.

8. Parental Involvement: Active involvement and encouragement from parents can significantly impact a student's motivation and performance.

9. Reward Systems: Incentives and recognition for hard work and achievement can motivate students to strive for excellence.

10. Autonomy and Responsibility: Giving students some control over their learning process can make them more invested in their studies.
