What would make students study harder?

Improve the school facilities,add more computer and visualization tools,remove lazy and non performing teachers,remove inferior and useless subjects,add more math and science and sex education related subjects.Finally flunk all those who are not deserving to pass...do this for two year cycle and see...baka mismong mga magulang nyan tutukan mga anak nila.
