KFC's double down

It's always sold out! I am looking forward to find a day, time and branch where I will be able to eat this. It's creating such a frenzy! My colleague who was able to order it during her lunch was being stared at by us. I bet everyone was thinking "PANO KA NAKAKUHA NYAN?!?"

O nga eh, lagi out of stock. Sa SM North nga 4 branches ng KFC lahat wala, ilang days na un.

was finally able to try the double down... in my opinion, it's quite good but not really spectacular. nakakaumay. i'd still take the original chicken meal over the double down any day of the week.

the Julie's bakery near our place offer these

biggie pandesal (approx 6"x4").

 

i put the double-down in between - it was good.

best to put some tomatoes and/or lettuce to

counter the bacon.

to those wanting to try this, hop on down to the kfc branch in trinoma where i've ordered this twice already and, on both occasions, i was served one.

 

and to those who are cautious of how unhealthy this is, the sandwich (if you can call it that) is not big at all, thus limiting the amount of fat you will get when eating this 'sandwich.'
