SamanthaJones
I used to when i was only supporting technical issues - but after getting cross trained to handle customer care issues, I'm slowly hating it. Most of the time, the calls that I get are requests for refunds, invoices, compensation etc. Â When I was handling purely technical issue - it felt good fixing their computers - especially issues that's a bit of a challenge to resolve. It makes me feel good knowing that I've been able to make somebody smile by fixing their computer. Quote Link to comment

eloyski777
For me, my job is still good but I lost enthusiasm to further my employment in this company I belong to. That is why I am waiting now for my visa to work abroad. I'm kinda exhausted with the travel I'm doing everyday from Cogeo to Makati. Aside from that my salary is not anymore enough for my family. That is why sometimes it is hard for me to let go my money just for lust of the flesh. Hehehe ...... Quote Link to comment
