Just ate at zubuchon, first time and I must say that never Will I eat there again, the staff is very nice and all but the lechon is one of the worst ever lechon ive tried, its very bland and tastes like its been oven cooked and not over a fire. Generals lechon is a mile ahead of them when it comes to taste. Also ordered the dinuguan, and its the same story, very bland, for comparison even red ribbons dinuguan is better than theirs.

Yeah, Zubuchon is kinda overrated nowadays.

Rico's & zubuchon too salty for me.

Had to eat it with rice which I'm avoiding.

 

Love Sabroso. Always crispy skin and the meat is tender. Not too salty so you taste the lemongrass in each bite.

 

Elars hit or miss. Kapag holidays na avoid ko kasi di na malutong yung skin. Best if eaten sa resto nila.
