iggy112
Lechon's a common main course in big parties, fiestas, birthdays etc. When you say lechon, you know its a party and there must be something big being celebrated. So the big question is, where's the best lechon to be found? Quote Link to comment

kewlboi
I'm a cebuano and I'm proud of the Cebu's lechon. There is only one lechon in Cebu that has no equal... it's CNT Lechon. Quote Link to comment
jhn888
may i suggest try aling lurings lechon, at the back of sm sta. mesa, they dont serve per kilo, they call this lechon ni erap, for erap often order his lechon from aling luring the talagayes, kewiboi is right also, cebu lechon is great if your going to eat it there in cebu, but if your going to send it to manila by plane, the skin is always not that crunchy na. iggy112
The resto Marina previously served lechon. They flew it in and served it a few times a week lang.I heard someone call it lechon Bisaya it was as flavorful (like lechon from Cebu) but without the salty skinI also saw a feature from Tablescapes where they featured lechon in Bacolod roasted with a whole chicken inside. Of course there's also the non traditional pritchon! (pritong lechon) So many to choose from, so little space in my stomach! Quote Link to comment
CoffeMate
So far, the best I've tried here in Metro Manila is SABROSO http://lechonsabroso.multiply.com/ Quote Link to comment

DarkAngel
Cebu lechon is the best. No need for any special sauce. I love CNT. In Metro Manila, I agree that the best in my experience is Sabroso Lechon. An added perk is that the pork they use in the lechon comes from free-range pigs. Quote Link to comment
