Journeyman6
Asin sung this... ''Masdan mo ang mga bata Ang buhay ay hawak nila Masdan mo ang mga bata Ang sagot ay 'yong makikita'' If you're looking at your kid/s now at this very moment...ask yourself how you would like 'em to be, and based on that you mold and guide them accordingly...most common mistake parents do is to DICTATE what parents would like them to be (very IDEAL like respectful, excellent grades does not say bad words and all the angellic traits we can think of)...BUT in the real world this does not work and will not work! Let them feel LOVED and ATTENDED and keep in mind that there is no perfect child as WE as parents are not perfect but that is the beauty of it all for me. RESPECT "em and you will receive the same if not more and let's make it a life goal that when we grow old they will still visit and care for you and bringing with them you grandchildren/s.....just my two cents. Children being children should not be given a choice. They are not mature enough to see the logic. Firm guidance is needed. But if you think you are not capable or mature enough, ask for help. Do not limit yourself to what you know. We owe it to our kids to make them the best they can be. Quote Link to comment
