teban
I bought an HP laptop which we found that there is a problem with the HDMI port and according to Abensons process we needed to surrender the item for HP's evaluation which takes 3-5 days plus Abenson needs an average of 2 weeks to evaluate if they are going to replace the item or not. Given the fact that i already checked this with HP and they told me that it needs a motherboard replacement for it to work. What I am pissed off is that Abenson doesn't have the guts to train their employees or even have an in house knowledgeable personnel to say if the item indeed is for replacement or not. Buyers who asks for replacement for the item within the 7 day period still has to wait for about 2-3 weeks before the replacement is provided (if they choose to provide for a replacement). The bad thing about this is you already paid for the item and you dont have any choice but to wait for the F*#*#N process to go through. Its very frustrating so I suggest you guys go to Ansons instead which for me provides better customer service. Quote Link to comment
