i'm sure kai will develop under coach tab. this is good news for philippine basketball.

 

Im sorry but I think the reason why coach tab wants Kai to stay kc Ateneo sya at mapapadali ang crown if Kai is with him.

 

Mas gusto ko magplay international si Kai and I hope his father will be with him para ma guide sya habang nasa ibang bansa sya.. mahirap dito sa pinas kc puro yabang at pangako lang karamihan ng sports sponsors dito..

the problem with philippine basketball is .selfish lahat ng mga pinoy players, gusto nila may 100k-200k signing bonus, 50k monthly allowance aside from their salary and malakas sila magbenta sa PBA

In times like this, relatibo na ang pagging pure.. Basta may dugong pinoy (at pumasok sa FIBA req.) pde na maglaro... Kahit namin ibang bansa ganyan rin ang status,may intermarriage, so may ibat ibang dugo na dumadaloy.... Hindi kawawa ang puro, kung meron pa ngang matatwag na puro... Pantay naman ang opportunity basta may kakayahan, tamang attitude at height...

Sabagay , even in the 70's may halo narin tulad nila jawo, webb, loyzaga, ok na rin yan, kesa naman purong pinoy baka puro unano ang selection, importante ma represent ang pinas, pero sana wag naman asal egoy mga mestisong players natin dala nila kasi ugaling egoy ng amerika. hay buhay nga naman.

Ang Problema lang kapag si Chot or Tab ang humawak sa Gilas ay hindi na available lahat ng Players ng SMC.

Mas maganda nga kung tatanggapin ni Kai yung offer skanya abroad pra masasanay sya sa mga kalaban na kasing laki nya, unlike dito sa Pinas for sure magdodominate talaga sya. Medyo dumadami na yung mga foreign personnel na nagsasabing mataas ang chance ni Kai makapasok sa NBA.

Anyway nakabili na ako ng tickets para sa next window against Iran. Medyo mahal lang nasa 1,050php.

Coach Yeng just filed his CoC for Pampanga Rep.

Does this mean he cannot make if full time coaching for Team Pilipinas? Maybe he has to choose kung TP or NLEX.

NATIONAL coach Yeng Guiao announced on Tuesday a tall, deep 20-man pool branded as the most talented ever for the coming Fiba Basketball World Cup window set November 30 against Kazakhstan and December 3 against Iran.

The pool is made up of Jayson Castro, Paul Lee, Alex Cabagnot, LA Tenorio, Matthew Wright, Marcio Lassiter, Scottie Thompson, Gabe Norwood, Troy Rosario, Arwind Santos, Japeth Aguilar, Greg Slaughter, June Mar Fajardo, Beau Belga, Poy Erram, Ian Sangalang and naturalized player Christian Standhardinger.

Gilas cadet members Ricci Rivero and Kai Sotto round up the pool from where the 12 players for each of the home qualifiers at the Mall of Asia Arena will be culled.
