I hope AJ is locked with PH kasi naglaro na sya sa fiba 3x3..baka kasi kunin pa sya ng UK or Nigeria..mukhang maganda basketball IQ ng bata tsaka maliksi.

Troy Rosario should slide to 3..well stretch 4 na sya.CJ Perez should practice shooting more from the outside and maging consistent ang shooting. Thirdy Ravena should be ready for Gilas after 1 more UAAP season.

 

Matthew Wright should shoot more 3s plus add some defensive skills..next Norwood/Chan.

 

Let Junemar play more int'l games para magka confidence sa laro with bigger guys.

gallat stand but several glaring points that showed in this loss:

 

1. missed FTs...if we can only convert 30% (?) of our FTs then we can't expect to win. i think glias missed 15 FTs in the australia game;

 

2. sorry to say but i think it's time to change blatche. naturalized import walang nagawa. he was a total disappointment;

 

3. lack of preparation; and

 

4. what if it was coach tab who handled the team with the right personnel at his disposal? maliksi, alas and carl bryan cruz were non-existent. lassiter would've been a better fit in lieu of maliksi. almazan instead of cruz. gilas needs LA and/or castro in the lineup.

 

in sum hindi talaga pwede yung 1 or 2 weeks preparation. nice thing though, lumaban at nakipagsabayan ang pilipinas. kailangan bumawi sa linggo.

isa pa...yes the lineup was not only a mess...it was a total mess. umpisahan na natin sa naturalized player natin. kaya nga import ang tawag. blatche was non-existent and a disappointment. he was supposed to dominate. mabuti pa yung mga import sa abl. next is the main man in the backcourt. we need a heady PG in the mold of a jimmy alapag. pwede siguro si LA dito. third we need consistent shooters. sayang sina romeo at marcio. and why maliksi? cruz? long time preparation. it's about time for the pba and sbp to put their acts together.

Just like what happened when the Koreans started pulling away in the recent FIBA-Asia. Reyes is absolutely clueless. If we don't qualify for the Worlds, this is all on the clueless Reyes. The "puso" battle cry expired in the 2014 FIBA-Worlds. When you really come down to it, it is not whoever wants it more. It is about who executes better. I am sure we want to qualify for the Worlds as much as Australia. It's just that Australia out-executed us. The one who is in charge of execution is Reyes and he failed miserably against the Koreans and the Aussies.
