Married kami ni legal wife pero on and off after a couple of years. May kids kami during the storm pero parang allergic yata sya sa bata. Yes sir. Most cases di na kasama custody kasi ang main concern lang is ma annul yung marriage.  Pero pwede po kasama yung custody na mga bata sa annulment cases

I had an ex who got married when she was 19 but has long been separated with the husband.
Husband did not support the kid and had his own family a few years after.

My ex couldn't afford filing for annulment until she found an attorney doing pro bono.
Needs a lot of patience as it took more than 2years for them to be declared annulled.

I don't have contacts on the attorney. It's very expensive to get annulled (will reach 6digits as per a friend).
So for those looking, hope you find a pro bono as well.

LF: atty. who wants to do Pro Bono for annulment. I'm already thinking about suicide at this point.

Just to clarify - Annulment is different from Nullity of marriage, a good read of jurisprudence is tan-andal vs andal for those who wants to get their marriage nullified. Does not require medical proof of psychological incapacity

This is correct the new Jurisprudence in Andal doe snot require medical proof. But in practice psychological report and testimony is still given significant weight for these are evidence provided for by an expert. Most cases under Article 36 base from what I see still provides these evidences since It is a bit complicated to prove that a person is psychologically incapacitated without scientific proof.

It depend since there are factors that should be considered such as:

• Mediation (Court Annexed and Judicial)
• Cooling off period of 6 months
• Number of witness that shall be presented by each parties
• Possible hearing reset of both parties or by the court
