photographer
I am puzzled....how come Yeng Guiao get away from the law about double compensation? And, of course, consistent absenteeim. Yeng is presently Vice-Governor of Pampanga but rarely attends boards and goes to office. Why is it that when ordinary government offices absents himself/herself from duties he/she is either fined or, even worst, suspended or forced to resign from office. Now comes this official who receives also double compensation from Burger King team in PBA. Why does PBA tolerate this kind of practice at the expense of Pinoy taxpayers. Yes, I know, many other officials do this but Yeng is on national TV lights! Should there be delicadeza on his part or what government agency is in charge to investigate and prosecute this kind of malpractice (hopefully not the Ombudsman, you know what I mean) Burger King is doing a disservice to our country hiring this man. Now, read the column below. He has been doing this kind of thing for years, even tripping opposing players when they get near his bench, badmouthing PBA officials, naghahamon ng away sa dugout, sa court, bago lumabas ng court at sa labas ng coliseum? The PBA should have rules on discipline, not just giving fines to this kind of people. A coach should be a model person sa team. Good thing his team is not blind when he orders his players to beat up other players. Yeng is a great coach, my hats off to that, but, syempre, delicadeza and morals also count. PBA, WAKE UP!!!! Guiao draws fine, warning for outburst Yeng GuiaoMANILA, Philippines - PBA commissioner Sonny Barrios imposed a stiff fine on top of a stern warning on Burger King coach Yeng Guiao for his latest on-court outburst Sunday. Guiao was fined P73,000 for his ninth technical infraction in the ongoing Motolite PBA Fiesta Conference and was meted an extra fine of P10,000 for confronting the referees in the hallway leading to the dugout after the game. Barrios also warned the fiery BK coach that he would be suspended the next time he loses his temper. Guiao was assessed almost P.1 million in fines as the league guidebook on sanctions calls for escalation of fines for a player or a coach after six technical fouls in a tournament. “The fans are filling our venues mainly because we have two very interesting semifinal series. And the fans can rest assured that we will not allow the beauty of the series to be spoiled by unsportsmanlike conduct or any form of hooliganism,” said Barrios. Quote Link to comment

Agent_mulder
Quote Link to comment

photographer
Senators and congressman are allowed to have other jobs unlike the president, vice president as well as governors, vice governors, mayor and vice mayors.. Oh, thanks for the information. What law is that that allows this corruptors, este, senatongs/tongressmen to have other jobs? Kasi, as far as I know, when elected to public office, you should sell your interests sa company(ies) you own. Quote Link to comment
