Sa tingin ko sa atin lang sikat ito or siguro meron lang nakabili nito at nagkataon branded name lang pero sa totoo para sa akin ito yung type ng clothing na binibili lang because of its brand name. Mostly yung clothing apparel nila base sa tennis sports like lacoste. Kaya dito sa UK which dito nanggaling yan hindi masyado pinapansin mostly nagsusuot at bumibili nyan medyo may mga edad na im sure totoo kung meron mga taga UK dito. Opinion ko lang ha! pero kung type nyo at may pambili naman go! ok lang.

i buy it because i like their designs , plus the fact that fred perry is "classic" as they say....am 39, don't know if you consider that old but i would buy fred perry stuff anytime.

39 is not old. slightly more matured i say. more importantly, 39 is moneyed as compared to 20 somethings and able to distinguish something as classic and classy as opposed to something that's not 'in' or not 'uso'.

medyo may cult following yata ang fred perry. in the 60s and 70s, brits who are into scooters also wore FPs or ben sherman. here in the philippines, vespa and lambretta riders would go for these brands too!

Defensive naman masyado, pls. don't get me wrong like I said opinion lang base sa observation ko dito! I like the brand as well actually I got one Fred Perry polo shirt kasi nga mostly hawig sila ng lacoste na karamihan sa nabili ko and pagkakaalam ko di tayo nagkakalayo ng mga edad. Peace mga Bro! Opinion lang!

saw FP shirts at landmark trinoma pero hindi maganda. i wonder if orig mga yun dahil P900 lang yata.

 

fred perry, jimmy connors with the JC logo, munsingwear with the penguin, john newcombe na may bigoteng logo, fila, la coste, these were the in thing nung grade school to high school. some brands di ko maalala dahil wala akong ganun. jonel's the store in greenhills pati mga sperry top siders used to buy there. and sa cash n carry din. good old times

the prices are basically the same but the styles are somewhat different (tho i haven't been to their store in mm) as per lady manager i spoke with in gb5....same owner. just don't know if fp in gb5 is still on sale.

Yes the brand is back. mas gusto ko ito sa lacoste even during my HS days!!!!!!
