You dive at bora, I'm sorry to hear that.  

I hope you can try El Nido in Palawan, Mactan/Cebu, Alinao in Batangas.  

The fine sand at bora makes diving  boring.

I got interested to learn freediving after I watch the short documentary at dito sa pinas ang location.  Ang concern ko lang pag solo ka lang wala ka kasama n mag aaral hahaha.

Quite curious. Are there established dive operators/resorts in Batanes ? It’s been a long bucket list item of mine to go to Batanes for photography reasons. I wasn’t aware scuba could also be a reason.

Can do both, I'm physically and mentally fit, budget na lang for this kind of hobby ang kulang.

nasubukan ko mag-intro dive sa may Apo Island. sobrang ganda, kahit snorkelling lang sulit na. masayang hobby pero medyo malaking investment nga lang: certifications, equipment, at byahe.

Anilao is the go to for scuba or atleast driving distance for manila based folks. Medyo crowded na nga lang nowadays.
