frageco
Gasoline - Smoother, Faster and Quiet. Madumi diesel fuel dito sa pinas. Di tatagal kotse rito. Definitely true... Khit bumili ka ng bagong diesel powered vehicle dto mausok parin... hindi kc refine ung diesoline ntin dto sa pinas, unlike in other countries specially in Europe. When it come to Diesel engines .. nothing beat Isuzu and Nissan.. :goatee: Quote Link to comment

oldfart
It depends if you plan to keep your car for a long time and if you are a heavy user in terms of mileage. Remember, the difference between a diesel powered car (brand new) and a gas powered one ranges between 100 - 150k. The difference between diesel and gas right now is less than P10 a liter. So if you think you can get back that extra 150k you doled out for a diesel engined car, go for it... otherwise, go for gas. Quote Link to comment
Tom Hiddleston
I drive a gas mid size SUV & dream of getting a diesel car. Why? Because diesel is a more viscous fuel and carries more energy per kilo than gasoline. With the advent of common rail diesel technology, engineers were able to effectively get the most out of diesel fuel. Audi has been racing a CRDiesel in the Le Mans and has been dominating. chuckE
Gasoline. Diesel is too dirty, as in emissions. Solid particulates. It actually is visible to the naked eye. didikit sa lungs mo. Very toxic. Quote Link to comment

aoki
I'd say Gasoline because of the acceleration it offers. I currently have 2 diesel vehicles and 1 gasoline fueled vehicle, somehow, driving the gas vehicle is more fun. Quote Link to comment

That is as far as old diesels go. Modern diesel engines are far better and some of them have better emissions compared to gasoline counterparts. Quote Link to comment

jamz
I would buy a diesel powered car if i could afford it, but right now diesel powered sedans are more expensive.. BMW and Audi make great Diesel powered engines for their sedans, which offer more torque and power compared to their petrol engine variants Quote Link to comment
noyzky7
problem is our diesel fuel here is the most dirty not refine compare to other countries.. Khit bago ung diesel vehicles ntin mausok parin.. Quote Link to comment
bengbangerz
Gasoline. Diesel is too dirty, as in emissions. Solid particulates. It actually is visible to the naked eye. didikit sa lungs mo.
